Pietro Catania is a professor, consultant, and Italian entrepreneur with 30 years of experience advising Boards, Executives, and Top Managers across sectors. Founder of Alef Consulting, he specializes in Organization Development and holds the Chair of "Organization of International Business" at Bicocca University of Milan.

His education includes degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Unicatt Milan, an MBA from Bocconi, and MSM from Stanford, where he is a Design School Fellow. Founder of Ayros Press, Tavistock alumnus, professional and former Board member, NTL Institute, he is a member of IODA, AOM, ODN, GISC and ALN.

Recipient of the "Edie Seashore Award," Pietro lives in Milan, is married and a father of three.
